Character and Competition: The Roots of a Flourishing Career
Raised in historic Wilmington, Delaware, and along the Avalon, New Jersey, shoreline, John Dianastasis developed a strong foundation in discipline and leadership from an early age.
Throughout his academic years, he distinguished himself in athletics, competing in football, wrestling, tennis, and golf. These formative experiences instilled a sense of drive that continues to define his professional path. The values of persistence and sportsmanship that shaped him as a student-athlete have remained evident throughout his business and civic life.

After completing his education, John launched several ventures, including Delaware Corporate Integration Service (DCIS), which is based in Wilmington’s iconic I. M. Pei building at 1105 Market Street. The company plays a critical role in expanding economic opportunities within the state while facilitating international engagement with Delaware’s favorable business environment.
DCIS helps Delaware-based organizations pursue global expansion while simultaneously guiding out-of-state and international enterprises toward establishing a presence in Delaware.
